*hug* Porridge? RYN: You like pain!!! I do what works for me, 100 sit ups I like, I change the way I do the sit up – fast crunches, leg lifts included, regular crunches etc. – and when I do go to the gym I do 30 mins cardio/aerobic and my sit ups then sometimes some weights. I’m just lacking motivation at the moment.
