Timmy is Awesome.

Loralei is off to Maine for the weekend. I told my dad she’s officially on the list of people who you can wake me up for. I normally get peeved if I’m woken up. None of my friends call me, of course. I figure if she’s waking me up early, I’ll yell at her, not him. I called her back. She was in transit, and we chatted for ten minutes prior to me leaving for employment.

OH. A funny. Last night Tracy asked me if I got what I wanted for Christmas. I wanted to say, “Oh, I got a girlfriend”, but I stuck to my policy of not sharing information with coworkers. Don’t trust those you work with.

Got some more Sacagaweas from the till today. Yes, I put money back in it. I just love those coins!

I tend to be fine in drive-thru until the sun drops. I remember Panera, I was pretty much the same way. Even if I came in at 5 AM, I would be fine until the sun went down. I did get my second wind tonight, but I still felt crabby. Despite this, I managed to get not one, not two, but three separate customers compliment me on how awesome I am. I’ve been doing this long enough that I don’t take the job too seriously. I kind of autopilot. Take an order. Get drinks as you go. Verify that the customer is done ordering. Suggestive sell fluids. Repeat order, slowly and clearly state total. Collect money for customer at window, give out drinks, and ask if sauce is desired. Give back change, give money. Repeat as necessary. I go as slow as I need to. I don’t make mistakes with orders, unless I screw up handing out the bags themselves.

Like I said, I’m awesome.

I thought I had more to write about. I should be hitting the gym in the morning. Skipped yet another workout this Wednesday, and uh, pushed off today’s workout to tomorrow. I don’t entirely mind, it means I’m at a state of full recovery. I do tend to push myself rather hard. I’m due to see Cliff this weekend. I have word from him that he’s in need of a Timmy. I should be seeing Victoria on Monday to splatter fluids all over her walls. Painting, that is. And maybe give her some emotional support. And cuddles, if she wants.

I just ate a TimmyBurger. It was very tasty. I’ll go retire soon.
