The Leg Matrix.
There’s a sparse people who actually care about their health, so I thought I’d post this. I noticed a thread about this in a forum where I cross-post my exerbabble.
And so I present to you: The Leg Matrix.
- 24 bodyweight squats
12 lunges each leg
12 explosive lunges each leg
24 jump squats
I’m surprised I didn’t think of it myself. I think I’ll try it next workout as a finisher, even though next workout doesn’t have any legwork. Ha ha. It’s bodyweight, so it won’t effect my recovery, it’ll just tax my energy systems. (So I say now.) We’ll see what happens. There’s a clock by the mat, so I’ll just go for time and see what happens.
for those of us out of the loop, what is the difference between a lunge and an explosive lunge?

^^^Lol, an explosive lunge is when your sphincter lets loose at full extension. No, seriously, I tried those lunges. They’re not for the faint of heart. Fortunately, I’m faint of heart. Id rather walk five miles than do ten of those lunges.
