Soreness Report for 11-12-6
My ass is SO SORE. I like it. Three quad-dominant exercises yesterday, and it’s my glutes that are sore? Go figure. Seriously, my quads just do NOT get sore, I don’t understand it. I’m glad I’m doing this twice a week. If it were only once a week, I’d probably detrain and end up being sore again.
I could go for a nice long buttrub.
