Initial bedtime was rather chaotic. I found myself staying up later than anticipated. I would be “ready” for bed at 9 PM, but end up staying awake for hours later before finally putting myself to sleep. I had car trouble over the weekend, which lead to me being awake early on Monday. Naturally, as a result of the stress, I stayed awake late Sunday night. Brilliant.
After that incident, I was able to incrementally roll back my bedtime. Both Wednesday morning and Thursday morning, I used an alarm. Wednesday, because I had things to do. Thursday, to avoid oversleeping.
This was almost as boring as your Exerbabbles.
