thanks, that was a full answer. the reason I asked is b/c I read once that if your muscles aren’t sore then you haven’t broken them down enough to cause them to grow back bigger – and I was expecting with all these workouts you do that you’d be sore all the time, and since you said no, I wondered then if you were growing without soreness. if you’re not sore and you’re not growing… well – it also could be b/c you’re not eating enough too, like you said. my original question re if you’re sore is because I get sore almost everytime I do weights, but my problem is I’m not consistent enough and by the time I do a muscle group it’s been so long it’s already atrophied since the last time – so that’s a different issue…
