So I guess I underestimated how hard that workout was on me. Or I picked up a stomach bug. I was exhausted, but felt fine until my post-workout nutrition. The quantity wasn’t any more than usual. I was just drinking it, and then felt that sensation that one more gulp would make me puke. So I stopped and figured I’d just keep it down.
Did for about two hours. Pretty terrible timing. I just felt nauseous, and thought that if I just vomited and got it over with, I’d feel better. Kind of did, kind of didn’t. Decided to feel it out for an hour. An hour later, I didn’t feel 100%, so I went home.
Crawled into bed and napped for about three hours. Woke up and felt really hungry, really thirsty, and really like I was going to vomit again. Ugh. So I got it over with. Have had nothing but water since noon, in the hopes of keeping myself hydrated.
Feel really drained. Had some water after the last puke. Also really hungry. If I feel like I can, I’ll eat something small in a half hour.

There seems to be a very weird, pseudo-flu going around the last month. I’ve heard about it from a shitload of people. Just mild nausea, maybe SOME vomiting, but you can’t really place whether you’re sick or you just overdid it. I bet you were sick. I’m sorry. 🙁 Vomiting is the worst ever.
