Numbers Eleven and Twelve.

Angie and Bob (has bitch tits (okay, he doesn’t really)) are being transferred. Amy and Darren are being brought in. I’ve met Darren before and he took to me. We’ll see how he deals with our unorthodox store. He seemed cool to me, but it’s to be seen how anal-retentive he is. Frankly, I’d like to how things are supposed to be done “by the book” just so I know – and then promptly ignore the book and do it the best way. I mean, I want to be a trainer. Gotta know that shit. He’ll be gone by the time I get it down.

As I’ve told the Cliff I work with, if Mike ever gets the axe, I’ll probably end up quitting. Gather up everyone I can, and quit together. I’ll give Suzanne my contact info and tell her to call me when we get a better GM – or if she becomes GM. *laughs* Eh, don’t know if I’d leave Suzanne out to dry like that. Depends entirely on whether the succeeding GM has a high cockbuffer quotient.

Management. I watched as Bob slowly stopped asking me to do inane things like washing the front door in the middle of fucking lunch rush. I doubt Amy or Darren will be that inane. Cliff’s such a genius for being the back-of-the-house person. Just do his own thing, play his music, and avoid customers.

We’ll see how this plays out.

hmm. this makes me want to examine the managers when i first started working. gina (GM), damian, drew, cheterel. gina left. drew got fired for some racist comment? kelly, who travels from panera to panera came to help us get off our feet/train damian to be GM. elliot came. kelly left to open a new panera. elliot left cuz he got a better job. rajiv comes. roger comes…

roger resigned earlier this week because of some allegations against him. i dont know exactly what they were. i think my coworkers are just dumb. i liked roger a lot. we had a common love. (food!) question is, who’s going to take roger’s place? none of the managers at the store know, but apparently uppermanagement has some people in mind for us. garry, a manager from the frederick store…

has been coming just to help us out a little bit. i like him! he said he’s working here saturday, which is great, cuz i open saturday. 🙂
