NaNoWriMoProMo.

It is now October 3. There are now less than thirty days until National Novel Writing Month 2007 goes underway. I will be doing it again this year, and I invite anybody else to join me. Mind you, I’m busy as hell. But I’m going to do it anyway, I say. I’m not really sure what I’m going to write. But I’m going to do it anyway, I say!

Okay, I have a concept in my head. A character. My last two novels were character-driven. It drove me crazy not really having a plot. Maybe I’ll try and contrive one this year. You know, “outline”. You know, “plan”. Ha, planning, who does a crazy thing like that when writing a novel?

I will promo again shortly before November, but if you want to get in on this, and haven’t before but have always wanted to, I highly encourage you to START THINKING NOW. Just remember the rules: No writing, no drafting until November 1st.

If I can overcome my perfectionism, anybody can.
