NaNoWriMo2006 Announcement.

Some people like posting their 50K in their diaries and journals as they go. I still find this to be far too cluttering and distracting. So, as last year, I’ll have a emailing list for anybody that wishes to read as I write. I’ll assume all my stalkers are of the non-scary variety.

So leave an email if you want to join. I’m banking on there being an underwhelming response as usual.

And I hope I don’t end up regretting this, but this is me on the website:

🙂 I just registered for this year a couple of days ago… This will be my third year, and so far I’ve not completed it, I am hoping to this year now that both kids are in school and I have a bit more free time than I otherwise might. Rose

I completed 3 nanowrimo competitions.. fun stuff 🙂 I stopped after the year I was the Austin coordinator, it was just too much work and I almost didn’t finish.

Oh, NaNo, you’re already eating up my life. Why are your forums so addicting?I still have you as one of my writing buddies, I believe, so I’ll see you around.Laura

When I don’t have anything to do, I usually just hang out online and talk to my friends, so the forums give me something to do.& I had someone else tell me that a while ago. He said that he opened IE and it worked there, so if you’re firefox I’m assuming that’s why. I dunno what it is that does that, but apparently something is incompatible. One of these days I’ll fix that.Laura

&. Yeah, I know. We have to define something for comp class and I BSed something. She liked it well enough (I got a perfect), and that’s all that really matters.Actually, though…sometimes I read the word “pie” as “feet,” i.e. los pies en espanol. It’s always a little embarassing, because I have to think about why someone would be eating feet…Laura

Yeah, I won’t jump into an already existing, ridiculously long thread. There are some things that are just amusing, though. You don’t like pie? That’s really kind of tragic. Do you at least like cake?
