Meh, long Wednesdays.

I woke up this morning feeling tired again. Cold? Could be. I heavily contemplated going to the gym. I even ate as if I was heading to the gym. I changed my mind, favoring snuggling myself in a blanket on a couch while playing Warriors Orochi. I totally needed that.

This is why I switched to a full-body workout. So I can skip workouts when needed.

Went to class. (…Well, I did!)

Sat in the student center, partially zoning out. I ate my sandwich, partially hoping someone I knew would drop by. Cue Victoria walking by, though she was on her way to class. Cue Loralei stealthly hugging me from behind as I sat, and who narrowly avoided sitting on my sandwich. And cue Ashley dropping by with Fenwick, stating how she found my OD through my NaNo profile.

“It was way too much information, but I just COULD NOT STOP READING! It felt weird because I barely know you.”

Ha ha. I am amused. Still don’t know what to make of that girl.

I finished my sandwich and contemplated my next move. The paper. I really, really did not want to go into the library to work on it. I wanted company. So I brought out my resources right there and started going through them. I printed out some more last night and this morning. Only two were of any use, but I think there’s some viable information in them.

It was putting me to sleep. So I relaxed and napped. There’s no point in fighting it. I knew I’d need it anyway, with class tonight.

I am still unsure of what I’m going to write. I want to ask my prof for help, but he’s intimidating. And I hate asking questions because I’m really inarticulate about what it is my problem is when I don’t know what the problem is. I’m just conflicted about sources. If a source has a good quote, which is then annotated by a citation of its own, do I then find that citation, even if the source I’m using IS an journal article? What if the information cited is older than five years? (He wants information only within the past five years.)

Signed up early tomorrow morning for the CPR lab. I’m unsure of what else I need to do, but I’d assume I have the basics of compressions and ventilations down by now. Just one or two annoying things I have to do. After that, I’ll want to tear through some chem homework. Ew. I’ll hold my strategy of doing one problem of each type, then immediately moving on so I don’t feel like I’m doing busywork. I otherwise follow along just fine in class. If only lab was the same way, man.

Have to hold it together. I can do this.

Sigh.

I’d… sit on your sandwich any day? I’m scraping here.
