Loaf of Meat.

Normally we go out on Fridays, but I’m sick of eating out. I swear. It’s overpriced crappy food. Unless you hit up Fatburger. Mmmmm, Fatburgerrrrrr.

…Uh, anyway. We had some meatloaf meat that hadn’t been used this week, so my mom told me to make some. We also had some sausage that hadn’t been used this week. Cue the lightbulb. It took some TimmyPowerâ¢ to mix the sausage in with the rest of the meats (typical beef/pork/veal). Once that was done, it was time to spice it. I didn’t really add much. Couple drops of Ass In Space hot sauce, a little bit of ketchup, and some italian dressing. Toss in some bread crumbs, an egg, and bam, it’s meatloafalicious.

Took a while to cook. Filled the goddamn meatloaf pan. (Double-pan, one with holes in it to let grease out.)

Maybe it’s my lucky day, but this is the BEST MEATLOAF I’VE EVER HAD. I had a bite and my tastebuds screamed, “MEEEEEEEEAAAATTT!!!!!” The hot sauce gives it just a slight hint. Just a little. I know it has to be the italian dressing, but goddamn. My stomach is simultaneously telling me, “I’m full .. BUT GIVE ME MORE MEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAATTTT.”

Have I mentioned that I like eating meat? *giggles*

I’ve never heard of a meatloaf pan! I just always use a glass bread pan. Hmmmm. I need one of those.

sounds good, although, i dont eat red meat LOL bad for the heart if bad hearts run in your family, adn everyone in mine has bad hearts.

I’ve never heard of a meat loaf pan, I always shape ours on a cookie sheet. I put tin foil on the cookie sheet, and also on a bakers rack and then put the meat loaf on top of the baker’s rack. Your meatloaf sounds interesting, but it’s missing onions! 😉 Rose

^ we put onions in ours too, but with all those interesting spices (italian dressing…never would have thought of it myself, but it sounds gooood) I am not sure you need them with this one! YUMMY!

I’m not down with meat, but I think you already knew that. Glad you enjoyed it though. You can cook for me anytime… just make it meatless. And I’ll cook for you too! 😉
