Not bad. Ten pounds heavier than last week. Thought I’d try to hit maybe ten. I thought my spotter was helping me, but he was just keeping his hands close to the bar. Man, I could never push myself like that without a spotter. What a concept! Ha ha. Next week’s single is a mere 135 lbs. I remember back when that was my 1RM. Heck, I remember when that was my 5RM. Should be able to hit at least six, if not seven. Sets me up nicely, as it’ll be four months before I use my current best of 155 lbs in a work set. By the time that comes around, I should blow it out of the water. It’s exciting.

Got through my assistance work without too much dawdling. Was tempted to do additional shit, but resisted. Always a good sign, when I keep wanting to do MORE, rather than being so damn glad it’s over. I like watching myself do bent-over rows. I look all strong and shit. I bet Candi would cream herself. Kind of curious whether I’ll be able to continually add weight to my assistance exercises in the upcoming months. To be seen.

Hoping to redeem my front squat tomorrow. Top set is 155. Not worried about the triple, but I would like to push myself a little more. Definitely going to do more front squats as the assistance exercise. Need the practice. Not sure what I’ll do for the second assistance exercise. Maybe split squats. Maybe crunches. Maybe jack shit. Always an option with this program. Hey, it’s written in the manual, “Jack shit”, page 49. We’ll see. As my hardest day, I’ll need to be intelligent with my assistance work. Enough to assist, but not too hard that I don’t want to show up.

Went to Quiznos after the gym. Was disappointed that the guy working there was talking on his earpiece phone the entire time. Dude. Know better. Went to Kohl’s to look for panties. Been telling the girl I’d buy her more underwear. I know her size and what’s comfortable. And damn it, they didn’t have anything! Could try JCPenney when we go bra shopping on Saturday. Hey, brassieres are expensive and she’s poor, and I love her breasts. Don’t really need lingerie, I just like buying underwear, and I have WAY too much myself. So. ..I’ll buy her underwear!

Hrm. An afternoon to myself. How relaxing. I promised myself I’d wash my sheets and give my room a quick vacuum. Have I mentioned I love my bed? I love my bed. Love, love, love. Once that’s in motion, I can play EVERQUEST to my heart’s content. WOO HOO!

Hello Saw you on the front page. How long have you been lifting? Are you into it competively? I work out with a trainer 5 days a week. I love lifting, I hate detest and despise cardio, which is what I should be doing. I am wildly fascinated by your diary!

I recommend you check Target. They have these lace panties in all kinds of colors…not only are they very comfy, but no panty lines. 5 for $20.
