Winding down my routine, I suppose. Someone was using the 60’s I like to use, so I used 55’s instead. It felt.. lighter than when I used them previously. I like that.
Figured today was as good as any day to see what my best front squat could be. Don’t remember what my previous best was. 165 lbs puts me front squatting comfortably well over bodyweight.
Last rep of pull-ups was difficult. I’ll try for 8’s next time. Who knows, maybe I can even do eleven pull-ups someday.
RYN: Enjoy the next 3 days of being young. When I woke up on my 26th, my arm fell off.
