Was going to do some farmer’s walks, but man was I beat after all of this. Grip is going to be limiting factor for both snatch-grip deads and RDLs. This is on purpose. Taking a break from squats and doing leg presses is… very different. Trust me, it’ll be back to the squat grind come September, but for now I’m not trying to add to my squat RMs. I’ll hit the gym again tomorrow, and hopefully next week I’ll have a normal week of lifting.
