    Alternating Sets
    DB Bench Press: 5, 5, 5 @ 60 lbs (+5 lbs)
    DB Row: 5, 5, 5 @ 60 lbs

    Alternating Sets
    Front Squat: 3×5 @ 135 lbs
    Swiss Ball Crunch: 3×19 @ 25 lbs

    Alternating Sets
    DB Shoulder Press: 8×5 @ 40 lbs
    Pull-ups: 8×5 @ BW

Productive, but exhausting. I increased the weight on bench/row, and was able to hit the minimum of 3×5. It felt heavy, my arms felt unsteady, but I still got the weight up. Nice.

Forty pull-ups. I was really tired by the end of that. I felt like I might not be able to get that fifth pull-up. I found myself leaning back slightly. It felt like my arms were fatiguing, and leaning back engaged my lats a little more. I’m not sure, it’s just what it felt like.
