It’s going to take a bit to get my squat numbers back up, but that’s okay. I’ll just add ten pounds each session and by the end of August, I’ll have a pretty good idea of where I intend to start my bastardized version of the Texas Method. Better to start out lighter and get back in the groove. Along the way, I remembered how to breath, which made things significantly easier.
