Lifting for 7-25-11
I lose motivation in the summer due to complete lack of rhythm. So I’m going to start looking ahead to fall. Won’t be pushing myself too hard, but I hope to eventually get back to where I was three months ago. It’s hard sustaining strength months on end, but at least I’m at 100% recovery. It’ll come back to me, I’ll give it a month.

I’ll again miss this Wednesday because I’ll be in Minnesota. Like a mini-vacation before my actual one. Should be fine getting three workouts in next week. Should also be fine getting my workouts in when Miss Jessica Emsley visits. Still amused at her complete lack of planning, but hey, that’s how we roll. It’ll be fun.
