3×10 @ 185 lbs (-20 lbs)
DB Incline Press:
5 @ 30 lbs
3×10 @ 40 lbs

Bulgarian Split Squat:
10, 10, 8 @ 40 lbs (2×20 lb db’s)
Wide-grip Lat Pull:
10, 10, 8 @ 108 lbs
Alternating Sets
Romanian Deadlift:
3×10 @ 145 lbs (+10 lbs)
Plank:
3x35s @ BW
Metabolic Overdrive: 4 rounds on elliptical (1 minutes hard, 2 minutes recovery)
Low Intensity Steady State: 20 minutes on treadmill
sleep: Fantastic.
nutrition: Waited longer than wanted after eating before getting to gym. Whoops.
mood: Pretty good.
Incomplete rest. I lowered deadlifts because I wanted to make sure I actually finished the workout. I’ll bump the weight back up, but I felt pretty good after the first pairing.
15’s near where I was doing BSS’s were taken, so I just grabbed the 20’s. An older gentlemen passing by commented on how hard I was working myself. Let’s just say I didn’t have the breath to reply.
You’d think I would have been more fatigued during HIIT, but I found the spirit to put in a little more effort, especially during the last interval.
LISS is almost tertiary in my efforts, but I like how I get a complete cooldown following it.
I’m tracking my weight, but the numbers aren’t as important to me as the comparison picture at the end of all this. At the pace I’m going, I should get pretty close to where I want to be by the end of Fat Loss II.
On a completely unrelated note, I’d like to do a triathlon someday. Just to say I did it.
