My motivation has gone to shit. I had to let myself do something I’d enjoy. It’s the advice I give everybody else: Do something you like. If I can’t even bother showering up for the uber-effective workout, it won’t do any good.

Overshot the row weight. Whoops. Toyed with different variations of lunges. I think I’ll settle in on explosive lunges for this day. I have a plan, I just haven’t decided whether to implement it. We’ll see next week, so to speak. I just have to keep myself going to the gym.

you know i’ve been reading you off and on for liek 2 years that you’ve been workingout and saddly you havent really overly progress much, yaa afew more reps abit more weight different moves etc but body wise and changes for 2 years of workingout is hardly noticable you really should concider P90X or Insanity by beachbody, you’ll see results like you’ve never seen before in weeks.

ryn, i’ve been reading for 2 years and as a matter of fact i do know what i am talking about, it is you that apperently do not, and your results after 6 years prove that even worse then had it just been 2 years.
