    DB Elbow-out Row:
    5 @ 25 lbs
    12, 12, 8 @ 35 lbs

    Alternating Sets
    Swiss Ball Hip Extension with Leg Curl:
    3×12 @ BW
    DB Push Press:
    12, 12, 8 @ 40 lbs

    Alternating Sets
    Dynamic Lunges:
    3×12 @ 40 lbs (2×20 lb db’s)
    Upper Body Russian Twist:
    3×12 @ BW

    Low Intensity Steady State: 20 minutes on treadmill

    sleep: Good
    nutrition: Adequate
    mood: Addicted to Everquest2.

I’ve noticed my dedication is completely different when I lift on a day off from work (or school). Hrmmm.

Strength routines, I get worried I won’t be able to beat my previous effort. Fat loss routines, I simply dread putting myself through it. Really makes me look forward to when it’s over.
