DB Elbow-out Row:
5 @ 25 lbs

Alternating Sets
Swiss Ball Hip Extension with Leg Curl:
3×12 @ BW
DB Push Press:
3×12 @ 40 lbs
Alternating Sets
Dynamic Lunges:
3×12 @ 40 lbs (2×20 lb db’s)
Upper Body Russian Twist:
3×12 @ BW
Low Intensity Steady State: 20 minutes on treadmill
sleep: Nominal
nutrition: Adequate
mood: To rest and not move.
Really, really need to make sure I’m giving myself enough sleep. I wasn’t in the mood to lift today.
I know I can do this, I know I can push through. I just need to give myself the best chance to succeed.
Inconvenient to do barbell push presses, as I know rest periods dwindle to 30 seconds at the end. I’ve done this workout before, so whatever, I’m taking liberties. Forgot to look up what a russian twist was, but I guessed correctly. Hardest part is holding your hips steady.
Met up with Becki and got her old Fit floormats. I think I’ll clean Clarissa a bit, put the mats down, and put my currect ones over them. You can never have too many floormats. Due to go bowling or something with Trent and Erik later. I remember when I used to require “downtime” after socialization. I’ve learned to suck it up a little.
I still need downtime! I am a sucker for it. Ryn: That’s not fair! I need more Timmy! D:
