    Cable Lateral Raise:

    mood: Good and good.

My right iliotibial band was really irritating me yesterday. I have no idea why. Doesn’t bother me when I squat or do any other exercises. Just hurts a little when I walk. How stupid.

I believe in doing a fun workout every now and then. This would be one of them. Do some exercises I haven’t done before. I would have done more with front squats, but my wrists started to bother me immediately. I’ll get them nice and stretched out by Monday.

Forgot how awesome it is to just do upper body stuff without being previously exhausted from leg work. Also indulged in some, gasp, isolation stuff. Wanted to do tricep pushdowns, but all the cable crap at the time was taken.

I’m going to eat some chicken and vegetables. It’s.. HEALTHY. Holy shit! It’s a small meal – I intend to indulge in a taco salad while watching Game 7 tonight.

RYN: Interesting, since I had a very hard time finding any solid information about it by googling. Lots of info on dilation and touching the baby’s head through the cervix, but not much on feeling it through the vaginal wall. So, Timmy. Is all the interesting stuff on FO, or do you really just post about exercising now? I used to love reading you, back when I was Blue Morpho (and a bunchof other names, but you’re most likely to remember that one, I think).

And, you know… I did say it was normal. I just didn’t experience it in my last pregnancy, so I wasn’t aware. More crowding, with two in there, so I guess one head just didn’t get a chance to descend that far.

after being around Kyle and our roommate Tristen for so long (both over 6 foot) that seems short for a guy haha. I think I have a wider body frame or some shit because when I was the skinniest I’ve ever been (at age 16) I still weighed like 130 or some shit, and people thought i was anorexic. and I know that i was definitely healthy because i played DDR every day and did color guard and tennis O.o

Upon further reflection, I think there was something really attractive about your vulnerability back then, when you were pale and scrawny (as compared to now). Not that muscles aren’t sexy, too – but most buff guys have the attitude to go along with it, and that can be a major turnoff. Maybe you built up a fan club of girls who were into that kind of vulnerability, and when you changed, they lostinterest?

Yes I have hips. I remember when my hips first popped out around age 12, I always hit them on things in the hallway, like the washer and dryer…. and I would just get on aim or something to chat, but I’m at work and I can’t get in trouble for chatting anymore 😀

You are very correct, the intense self awareness I have going on these days is pulling me in not-good directions. Boredom doesn’t help either. Chocolate milk helps a little.
