    DB Push Press:
    12, 10, 12 @ 40 lbs

    Alternating Sets
    Rotational Lunges:
    3×12 @ 20 lbs (+5 lbs)
    Swiss Ball Crunches:
    3×15 @ 40 lbs (+5 lbs)

    Metabolic Overdrive: 4 rounds on elliptical (1 minutes hard, 2 minutes recovery)

    nutrition: Good.
    mood: Felt sore, but good.

Got up, left, and got home early for the first time in ages. My legs felt like jello.

Forgot gym won’t be open on memorial day. I’ll be spending it with the girl, anyway. Guess I’ll just go twice next week, as well. No biggie.
