    Bulgarian Split Squat:
    12, 10, 9 @ 30 lbs (2×15 lb db’s)
    Wide-grip Lat Pull:
    12, 10, 7 @ 108 lbs (+12 lbs)

    Alternating Sets
    Romanian Deadlift:
    12, 12, 10 @ 135 lbs (+10 lbs)
    Plank:
    3x45s @ BW

    Metabolic Overdrive: 4 rounds on elliptical (1 minutes hard, 2 minutes recovery)

    sleep: Good.
    nutrition: Didn’t eat enough before workout.
    mood: this weather sucks

Didn’t get enough sleep yesterday, so I skipped. Was kind of hungry when I started to lift. Went away slightly as I got into it. Took a gulp or four of my post-workout nutrition prior to cardio. Made a difference, but I was still gassed.

Think I’ll have an egg or three before the girl arrives with food.

Ha, and tell me about the weather sucking. I’m about to be dehydrated.

But I hardly gain weight! I pig out often and yet, I don’t gain shit! 🙁

And I want to gain weight.
