    12, 12, 9 @ 40 lbs (+5 lbs)

    Bulgarian Split Squat:
    3×12 @ 20 lbs (2×10 lb db’s)
    Wide-grip Lat Pull:
    3×12 @ 96 lbs

    Alternating Sets
    Romanian Deadlift:
    3×12 @ 135 lbs (+10 lbs)
    Plank:
    3x45s @ BW (+15s)

    Metabolic Overdrive: 4 rounds on elliptical (1 minutes hard, 2 minutes recovery)
    Low Intensity Steady State: 15 minutes

    sleep: Could have been better.
    nutrition: Good.
    mood: Dreary day, wasn’t in the mood to go.

I was pouring sweat. In fact, by the time I got to “energy systems” work, I think I was sweating LESS during the HIIT. Go figure. Otherwise was able to get through the workout without feeling like I was going to kill myself. That is, less downtime between pairings to catch my breath or pick myself up off the floor. 15 reps suck.

Feel great, otherwise.
