3×12 @ 115 lbs
BB Bent-over Row:
3×12 @ 90 lbs

Swiss Ball Hip Extension:
3×15 @ BW
DB Push Press:
3×12 @ 35 lbs
Alternating Sets
Rotational Lunges:
3×12 @ 10 lbs (+10 lbs)
Swiss Ball Crunches:
3×15 @ 30 lbs (+5 lbs)
Metabolic Overdrive: 4 rounds on elliptical (1 minutes hard, 2 minutes recovery) (+1 round)

What a difference a drop in rep range makes. 60 seconds was pretty easy since I wasn’t hitting 15 reps. Will increase squat, rows, push presses, and rotational lunges weights. And the swiss ball crunches.
Couldn’t remember what the book suggested for when to add another round. Turns out it’s once a month, not once every rest period drop. Whatever. Got a cramp in my abs going into third interval. The first two were pretty intense, too. Oh well.
Went to financial aid office this morning, handed in some stuff. Kind of a formality since I can pay for county myself. I just wanted to go through the motions so I have an idea of what to expect when I go to Montclair and I request financial aid. Really weird not having to get up early on a Monday. Ditto not needing to be up early tomorrow. Very nice. Plan to do some cleaning on Wednesday when I have off.
