Rotational Lunges:

Swiss Ball Crunches:
3×15 @ 25 lbs (+5 lbs)
Metabolic Overdrive: 3 rounds on elliptical (1 minutes hard, 2 minutes recovery)
Steady State Cardio: 15 minutes

First pairing is still the hardest. Not much else to say. Lower back a little iffy afterwards.
