Lifting for 2-9-11
Changed the oil in Clarissa after I dropped my mom off at her lawyer. Yes, be proud, ha ha. Nice service. My air filter was black. Whoops, ha ha. That’s something little that I COULD do if I felt like it. Easier to just spend a couple dollars while they’re at it. Ditto the rear wiper. I CAN change my own wipers, but might as well.

I’m finding myself far more.. awake at night? Granted, I dawdle just as much when I get out of work as I’m liable to do first thing in the morning.
Made a note in my physical lifting log above the second set of squats. The last rep wasn’t perfect. Felt like I wasn’t staying as tight. Third set was no problem.
Presses, second set. Ever have one of those reps where it looks like the bar almost comes to a dead stop and it takes a second before it starts moving again? That was the fourth rep there. I pushed through and locked out. Surprised the hell out of me when the third set was EASIER.
Power cleans were as prime as they could be. Good stuff. Added a rep to chins, first set is now at ten. Not bad considering my weight is still slowly climbing. Still feel like a bit of a fatty around the waist. Or maybe that’s because I just ate.
What haunts you, rendering you unable to sleep? Thoughts in an amorphous heap Tomorrow’s routine is just as dreary Now back to the original query: What’s causing this insomnia? Emotions oozing like lava Before you know it, the sun will rise. Better catch up on your sleep, Timmy, that is my advice.
