    Squat:
    5 @ 45 lbs, 4 @ 95 lbs, 3 @ 135 lbs, 2 @ 175 lbs
    5, 5, 4 @ 205 lbs

    Overhead Press:
    5 @ 45 lbs, 3 @ 75 lbs
    5, 5, 4 @ 100 lbs

    Power Clean
    3 @ 95 lbs
    5×3 @ 130 lbs (+5 lbs)

    Chin-ups
    10, 7, 5 @ BW

    difficulty: medium

I felt like I was standing around a lot, what with trying deliberating to make sure I was resting enough. Despite that, the workout was done in about an hour. I felt in control during my first one or two reps of each set. Beyond that, I had to struggle a little.

Presses felt good. I’ll get the last rep next workout.

Power cleans felt solid. I wasn’t thinking too deeply, just trying to explode the bar to the point where my feet leave the ground. I banged the bar off my shin once or twice. Think I just had a bad transition from first to second pull.

Added a rep to middle set of chins that tends to come and go.
