    Squat Day

    Front Squat:
    5 @ 95 lbs
    5 @ 115 lbs
    5 @ 130 lbs
    5 @ 145 lbs

    5×10 @ 95 lbs

Guess what I did on squat day. I squatted.

Top set was difficult. First volume set was difficult. Rest were mildly easier.

Didn’t feel like doing hanging leg raises. So I didn’t.

Saw a headline that Obama has won a nobel peace prize. I’m simultaneously pleased and amused.
