Still have the sniffles, but it’s nothing major. Beats a sore throat or a nagging cough. May still turn into a cough. I really don’t mind runny noses, you just can’t go to work with snot running down your nose, ha ha. Robo solves that.
Top set went just fine. I think I may be pulling with my lower back too much. It’s hard to tell. The weight doesn’t even feel that “heavy” like it does when I’m doing a maximal 1RM. Then again, it shouldn’t, since I’m pulling for reps. I feel like with all this deadlifting practice, my initial set-up is getting a lot better.
