Lifting for 10-16-9

I managed to stay up till 3AM this morning poking around the everquest2 test server. Man. The game just eats time even when you’re not even doing anything! So I lifted after work.

    5/3/1 – Cycle II
    3-rep Week
    Squat Day

    Front Squat:
    5 @ 95 lbs
    3 @ 120 lbs
    3 @ 140 lbs
    5 @ 155 lbs

    5×10 @ 95 lbs

Top set went well.

Assistance sets seem easy, except I get out of breath. Not something I was in the mood for this morning, but it was just fine in the evening.

Felt like I had a rough week getting my workouts in. I think I just need to work on going to bed earlier.
