BB RDL:
5×10 @ 145 lbs
One-legged RDL:
3×8 @ 25 lb plate
I was too tired to lift this morning, again. So. I rolled over and relaxed. Gotta say, maybe lifting at night isn’t so bad after all.
Part of me wasn’t in the mood to lift today, regardless. But I reminded myself all I needed to do was hit my top work set. I figured by the time I did that, I’d have no problem finishing my accessory shtuff. Considering doing conventional deads instead of RDLs for accessory. We’ll see.
Wasn’t in the mood for the back pump that back extensions bring. So I switched it up.
YMCA is still having boiler problems, but thankfully there’s still hot water when I’m there.
I actually spent some time on the internets last night. I spend so much time on everquest, yet don’t poke around much.
Old stuff, but whatever. Internets, I’ve missed thee.
