Pull-ups:
7, 6, 5 @ BW
Top set felt hard, for sure. No idea if I’ll be able to progress next month. Only one way to find out. Assistance work felt easy.
I uhm… drank a diet coke.. I guess it was kind of heavy *shrugs*
