Barbell Row
3×5 @ 145 lbs (+5 lbs)

Short on time to write.
Mental thing for squats. Have to not be intimidated. Focus today was my descent. Good descent puts me in the best position to rise. In short, squats kicked my ass today. Got the reps in, though.
Bench felt lighter today than Monday. Will run with it. Only a PR in terms of never doing 145 for three sets of five. No time to check what my previous 5RM was.
Too many deadlift warm-ups. Will need to figure out a way to cut down on that. The only key warm-up set seems to be the heavy single beforehand which is a good “practice rep”. Rest just feel like a waste of energy.
Exhausted by the time I got to rows. Still banged them out.
You also had that thing. Money, I think it’s called? Yeah, that. My family didn’t have that ever. My computer was an ancient piece of trash. I promise you I knew that at the time, even. But I still spent all my time making websites BECAUSE I WAS A CRACKHEAD.
