    BB Lunge: 3×8 @ 95 lbs

    Alternating Sets
    DB Shoulder Press: 3×8 @ 35 lbs
    Pull-ups: 8, 8, 6 @ BW

I have a tendency to do too much sometimes. I felt like backing off slightly today. Did that.

Girl and I are still planning on going to DORNEY PARK tomorrow. We were intending to bring Cliff and Steph with us, but I haven’t heard back from him after calling him (and leaving a message) and IMing him yesterday. It was just a thought to bring them. If I don’t hear back from them, Candi and I will be quite content to enjoy the park ourselves.
