Good to break from the herd now and then.

In the middle of an exam today, I took a moment to look up at everybody in the room. Everybody hunched over, serious looks on their faces. Writing. Pondering. It was almost surreal to me.

I said to myself, “Is this what we’ve been reduced to?”
