Me too! I have been drinking four liters of water a day since February – sometimes only three and a half, but still. (Except for that week when I had vertigo.) I pee clear all the time now. Yay!

I can do that too! What a talent. I can do that with coffee as well, but I doubt it’s anywhere near as healthy. Also, I hate you and your 33K. Oh, it’s 34 now, is it? Bastard. I’m trying to destroy you with my mind right now. Let me know if it’s working.

I didn’t know there was risk of vomiting from drinking that amount of water in one sitting. I do it regularly and didn’t know I needed to be concerned. Rose

Wow. I just realized I’ve been reading your blog for, I believe, two and a half years. Granted, it’s been on and off, but even so. Two and a half years. That’s a long time for someone whose attention span doesn’t last through a single sitcom. Just thought I’d share that with you. I wish I’d commented more often, back when I was still a regular at OD.

Re: One gallon of water a day was my goal, which would be a little more than 3 liters… so I just went for an even four liters. Unlike you, I have nothing else to do BUT pee all day. Heh. I bought a couple of one liter bottles of water, which I just keep refilling and putting in the fridge. By the time I’m done with one, the next one is usually cold enough to suit me.

Re: Warm water has always tasted a little funny to me. The coolness just tastes crisp. 🙂

Healthy kidneys are probably important to have. 🙂 I never realized before that pee is not supposed to be yellow. If it’s yellow, you’re just not hydrated enough. Right? I wonder if that is affected at all by the color of whatever you’re drinking. Like, if you drink diet orange soda all the time – you can be very well hydrated, but is your pee going to be orange? I have no idea.

wait – pee isn’t supposed to be yellow????

I can’t deal with sugary fizzy drinks anymore, either. I do have diet fizzy drinks every once in a while. I had a sip of my mother’s cream soda the other night and it was just way too sweet. I thought my teeth were going to jump out of my mouth and kick me in the face for doing that to them.

I have no idea how much water I drink. But I get up two to three times a night to pee… so I guess it’s a lot.

RYN: it is supposed to be clear?? oh hell no – why wasn’t I told??? ~shakes head~ ~feels really stupid~ apparently, must get more water into system.

RYN: *blushes* Thank You.

For some reason, drinking more than a cup of water makes me nauseous.

I have never been big on drinking water. And yes, I know that water is good for me. I just don’t like drinking it.
