Felt good to move some heavy weights, and not fail. I eased the weights back a little so I’ll be confident for next week. 225 came up easy. The singles were also pretty easy. My set-up was good.

Waited too long after the second set of RDLs/lunges. Just noting that. Cut out the rest of the workout because I was short on time, and this is pretty much the crux of it.

I have work in 25 minutes. I have to eat fast. Grr.
