I effectively took my bookbag and dumped everything out of it, except for my journal and my stamped bill. Yeah, I never got around to doing that all summer. Only thing i forgot this morning was my post-workout smoothie, and my bottle of water. No biggie. As soon as I was on campus, I got some notebooks and pens, as I’m lacking. At only 9 AM, I had to head straight to Lot 3.
Anyway, today’s Workout:

Overhead Swiss Ball Crunch: 2×10 @ 25 lbs

I reeled the weights in slightly so I knew I could handle it. I tend to feel slow and sluggish after a week off, but I felt okay today. My second set of 6 at 185 lbs was really ugly, I’m glad I didn’t increase the weights. First single was too high. Second single had better depth. I hate 20 reps.
I didn’t realize the benches attached to the floor were a little lower, so I got a break today with step-ups. No matter.
Ah, college. I feel so old. Ha ha. So many half-naked females walking around. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have class in ten minutes.
