A nice relaxing workout. ..Relaxing? It was good. Both bench singles went up slow, but I hit them. I think next workout I’ll try for a new PR. Increased to 55 lbs in the third set. Hit five reps. Good. I should hit six next workout. Might just start with 55 lbs.

Rows went okay. Didn’t try for that 80 lb PR, will try for it instead next week. I got half of it last week, surely by next week I’ll nail it.

…So I printed out all this stuff at home for class(es) today, as library printing is down. And what did I do? Forgot it all at home. This is why I never do anything at home, I tell you. I felt kind of disappointed in myself, noticing that I was afraid my professor would be disappointed. Which is really just an expression of my need to please, need to feel good enough. Having recognized some roots of the emotion, I gave myself some affirmations, and I feel fine.

I have something to do for Exercise Physiology before I sit outside of Victoria’s class and read. Hey, it’s a very practical strategy.
