BB Squat: 12, 10, 10 @ 135 lbs (+5 lbs)
Cable Row: 3×12 @ 97.5 lbs (+2, last set)
Alternating Sets
Supine Hip Extension: 3×12 @ BW
DB Push Press: 3×12 @ 35 lbs
Alternating Sets
Rotational Lunge: 3×12 @ 15 lbs
Swiss Ball Crunch: 3×12 @ 15 lbs
(Usual stretching.)

I actually forgot I had even tweaked my back at all. Everything felt fine.
Lost a little on my squats. Rep range for next workout drops to 10, so I’ll just keep the weight at 135. How pathetic. I feel like I should be moving more weight, yet this is all I can do. Well, at least I’m getting decent depth. Rows improved. For the rep range drop, I should be fine for 105 lbs. Piece of cake.
Push presses were grueling as usual. Still undecided whether to increase the weight when I drop the reps to 10. Rotational lunges and swiss ball crunches I’ll bump to a 20 lb dumbbell, if not a 25 lb plate. We’ll see how bold I’m feeling.
There was a chick doing swiss-ball jackknives. It looks like you have your hands on the ground, feet on the ball, and then move so that your ass is straight in the air. I had to try so hard not to look at her ass. Kind of rude, you know? As a consolation, I caught myself looking at her armpits. Now if only they were hairy and sweaty. I’m such a strange boy. I’ll be glad when these exercises change, so I can avoid potentially staring at chicks. I really try to keep my eyes up and around when I pace, I swear. But it’s hard! Meh, as if chicks don’t look at guys at the gym.

Weight is still dropping. Damn it. I don’t know how I’m going to gain weight if I keep losing it. I better keep up with my nightly cottage cheese.
How can you eat cottage cheese EVERY night? That makes me want to vomit! But, whatever floats your boat!
