- Bent-over Row: 4×6 @ 90 lbs
Arnold Press: 3×10 @ 25 lbs
Standing Calf Raise: 4×7 @ 340 lbs
Crunches: 4×10 @ 4 kg
Pull-ups: 3×7 @ bodyweight
Cuban Rotations: 3×7 @ 30 lbs
Skull-crushers: 3×6 @ 45 lbs
current bodyweight: 142.4 lbs (+ 2.4 lbs; weekly average: 140.8)
First off, I find it amusing that I gained weight after Ashley fed me food last night that was probably exceedingly bad for me. After having my salt levels spiked by a pretzel and my sugar levels spiked by that icee drink, I came home and had half a liter of water. ..I don’t remember peeing half a liter before going to bed. See, you can retain a lot of weight in water. But 2.4 lbs? I’m amused. We’ll see what it stabilizes to when I work out next.
My legs are sore, as expected. Just two exercises yesterday, but they effectively slammed my lower body. It’s what I wanted, slam the legs, and give them two days to recover. They’ll be fine by next workout.
Doing bent-over rows, my left butt felt a little weak. Just soreness.
Finally reached that plateau mark for arnold presses.
Doing crunches, there was a guy doing push-ups with dumbbells. Except. He’s go down, up, then lift one of the dumbbells up to the side and way over his head. Talk about a fucking awesome core movement. If I get strong enough, I’d like to do that. Screw crunches, that’ll slam your core into shape.
Did skull-crushers as supplementary isolation, as I feel my triceps are a little weak. With taking benching off my list of exercises, I want to make sure I hit my triceps twice per workout.
I had finishing putting my clothes on, and was annotating my weight on my little notecard. Guy next to me says I keep good records. *smiles*
Okay, I have a hockey game to watch now.

I’ve been drinking alot lately and stuff and it’s really amazing how fast it goes through you.

2.4lbs of water? I can lose 4 pounds in a day by flushing out excess water. The body is pretty amazing that way.
