Exerbabble for 4-28-6
It’s really hard keeping my food intake. A delicate balance between not feeling like I never want to eat again, and not going too long between feedings. I’m trying, I swear! I typically down some cottage cheese before going to bed. Protein!
I decided to haul ass this morning. I figured I’d try a upper/lower split of some sort, and hopefully I’d be able to finish during less time. Naturally, it took more time than expected. I decided to do the lower first, since I figured the slamming would cause my legs more time to recover. Or something, I know what I mean.
Today’s workout:
- Back Squat: 3×8 @ 155 lbs
Romanian Deadlift: 3×8 @ 135 lbs
current bodyweight: 140 lbs (-.4 lbs)
That’s right, I stuff my face, and I’ve dropped a pound in a week. MUST KEEP EATING.
I would have done more, but I was watching the clock and still giving myself adequate rest periods between sets. I did some crunches afterwards to relax my back, but I’m not counting them. Man, two exercises, and my poor TimmyBum got the shit kicked out of it. *giggles* I inhaled some yogurt in the van, then went and took a test. In addition, I have a pb&j in my bookbag, and a banana. I’ll probably end up having a sandwich in the café at some point as well.
I intend to just camp in the café doing homework, and hopefully socializing with Ashley. She’s such a hottie.
I get like that. Where I just don’t want to eat. But I usually eat candy instead… for some reason.

Sometimes, I will go days without being hungry. And other days I feel like I could eat a horse. Our bodies are weird like that.
