    Deadlift:
    3 @ 135 lbs
    3×10 @ 185 lbs

    Alternating sets:
    BB Shoulder Press:
    3 @ 45 lbs
    8, 8, 7 @ 75 lbs
    8 @ 65 lbs
    11 @ 55 lbs

    Lat Pull:
    3 @ 70 lbs
    3×8 @ 120 lbs
    12, 10 @ 110 lbs

    Superset:
    DB High Pull:
    3×10 @ 40 lbs

    DB Lateral Raise:
    10, 10, 10* @ 10 lbs

    Treadmill: 30 minutes @ 5% incline, 3.1 mph + warm-up/cool-down

    (Usual stretching)

    Machine Lateral Raise: 50, 20, 15, 10, 5 @ 15 lbs

Deadlifts felt good. Higher reps may have a higher metabolic effect, but I was able to focus on form more. Held 60 second rest periods for everything.

12-rep overhead presses were difficult. I can use substantially more weight for low reps than high reps. I’ll do what I can.

Picked a retarded treadmill. It started doing a “cooldown” without warning, and I nearly tripped and fell. What the fuck. How the hell is that not a safety hazard? The other treadmills didn’t do that, I use manual and just increment my settings. I hate when machines do things without your explicit advance consent.

I love using two showerheads.

Treadmills are evil…never try to replicate the “Here it goes again” video at a public gym. Public humiliation is no good. Private humiliation you can live with. *makes face*
