Hit my wall for front squats. That last set, my pinkies on both sides lost grip with the bar. My shoulders were sagging a little. So I just racked the bar because my form went to pits. Next time.
Drunken lunges are turning farmer’s walks. Eek. I walk the weight out, pause a little, then lunge, then put the weight down, pause, then rack them and do V-ups. The burning in my forearms distract me from anything that’s going on in my legs.
Set another front squat PR. I’m not sure how much I have left. Given the higher load, I dropped my rep expectations. I… I just didn’t want to leave anything on the table. My reps may look uniform, but that fifth rep at 155 was a slow one. I like how my form is looking better. I think my shoulders just had to get used to holding up the weight.
Adjustments: Level up lunges to 55/50/45. I’ll nail that third set at 125 lbs. Leave nothing on the table.
And, you wrote a PRIOR History of Paige?? Where, for heavens sake? All I can find is a feminine history of Timmy in which Paige barely gets her own paragraph.

Completely unrelated this is, but I like these new ‘bent hip lifts’ things I’m doing. You bend over, support your self on a chair or whatever, then raise one leg behind you to hip level. Really attacks your gluts. And leaves me cryin for mommy. Anyway.
