I felt kind of tired going into the gym. I blame staying up late. I think this effected my high pulls, as I didn’t seem to have the same explosiveness on the third set that I did on Friday. Shoulder Presses are still moving along, amazingly. I like. I’d swear I got some looks for the dumbbell piston bent-over row. Ha ha. Whatever. My breathing was better. It started getting hard towards the end, meaning I was using the right amount of weight. Also, my forearms started burning like all hell. Both sides. Wow. Owwie. Funky Chickens are starting to pluck me. Moving back to 10 lbs for the third set definitely made it easier.
Had a good second complex. I’ll have to admit that I was starting to get tired. Dips, I just made sure not to pause at the bottom of the rep, to immediately fire back up. For close-grips, I made sure to keep my elbows in. I can hold the bottom of the rep indefinitely, so I tried to just explode the weight up. It felt like I was hitting something in my triceps that haven’t fully been hit before. If only I could identify the long, lateral, and medial heads offhand. Heh. I lost all energy on the last set of chin-up negatives. I couldn’t control the eccentric. I’ll get the hang of it. I.. I don’t like curls. Do I HAVE to increase the weight.
Weight is good. Put the bulk in slow bulk. Just avoid losing weight, that’s my goal.
Adjustments: High Pulls stay frozen until I have explosiveness in all sets. Level up Shoulder Press to 35/30/25. Level up rows to 50/45/40. Level up Funky Chickens to 20/15/10. (You know I just love that they’re called Funky Chickens.) Level up .. cable curls to 70/60/50. I’ll try to hold those negatives. As soon as I can get that last set up to 12, I can add weight on the first set, which will probably make the rest of the sets a little easier. …Maybe. Maybe not!

Okay, after looking at your erection pics (couldn’t do it til I got home) I have to say, this guy, Peter, his was still different! His had a distinct downward curve. Refer to the following illustration: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v490/thekatspjs/DiaryStuff/peterweewee.jpg His had a definite downward curve to it. Especially towards the tip! It was like a hook! Yours, I think, ismostly straight, and you kind of get parallel to the floor. But his was like, bending to LOOK at the floor!

ryn: Nah, I don’t hate slender people, I just don’t get slender people. My husband is one of those people and he eats 3 times more than I do. Why is he skinny and I’m round around the edges? Who knows. It’s times like these that nature can bite me.

Ditto what PepperGrape says. I hate how some people can eat whatever they want and don’t have to worry about weight, and yet I gain a pound if I even look at cheesecake. Effing genetics and metabolism. *grumbles*

He seriously CHOWS. Not so much snacking as huge portions at mealtime, though he always has cookies before bed. I don’t do meals so much as eat little bits several times a day. As of 5pm, today I’ve a diet coke and sandwich with lettuce, pickles, cucumbers and cheese and some popcorn. I’ll probably have a bagel and orange juice later and that’ll be that. I just come from a land of rounder people.If you saw my family, you’d so understand. Even when I swam competitively and worked out 3 hours a day I was round. I was probably the roundest 90 pound anorexic out there too. *trying to accept it and move on*
