    Alternating sets: (60 seconds rest)
    DB Incline Press:
    3 @ 20 lbs
    8 @ 45 lbs (+5 lbs)
    10 @ 40 lbs (+5 lbs)
    12 @ 35 lbs (+5 lbs)
    Cable Row:
    3 @ 60 lbs
    8 @ 112.5 lbs (+7.5 lbs)
    10 @ 105 lbs (+7.5 lbs)
    11 @ 97.5 lbs (+7.5 lbs)

    Alternating Sets: (30 seconds rest)
    DB Shoulder Press:
    3×17 @ 15 lbs (+2 reps)
    Lat Pulldown:
    3×15 @ 85 lbs (+5 lbs)

I didn’t feel like doing cardio. So I didn’t.

Split squats were fun. Adding weight slowly.

Was surprised I finished most things for complete sets. Guess I really did undershoot the weights for incline presses last time. Next time will be a challenge indeed.

Will try 20 lbs for 15 rep shoulder presses. For real, this time. I should be ready.

Next workout will be some heavy stuff. Awesomeness.
