DB Bench Press:

Ab Rollout:
5×5 @ BW (from knees)
Shoulder Accessory
Reverse Fly: 10, 10, 10 @ 8 lbs
Cuban Rotation: 8, 7, 6 @ 40 lbs
current bodyweight: 154 lbs (- 1.4 lbs, weekly average of 155.25)
I lowered the close-grips weight when I noticed my elbows kept flying out. I know you’re supposed to keep your elbows in, to try and hit your triceps more.
Shocked and awed at the rows. Not sure what else to say.
Pushed for the presses, and got them. My left arm continued to feel more tired than my right. Huh.
Looking forward to Phase IV. One more workout left on Wednesday.
